Look in the newspapers for the places in the nicest areas with the biggest advertisements, then research the doctors. The most expensive ones paying the most rent usually have the best reputations. You usually get what you pay for. The most expensive places will generally have a few surgeons, some more expensive and some less. And sometimes they will give you big discounts if you are flexible on date. Sometimes they have cancellations and need to fill quickly and will give a big discount if you're ready.
Another tip, get local anesthesia. Not general. Must less expensive, way safer, and recovery is much easier. Just got both nipples done yesterday. Feel like a million bucks today and did right after surgery too.
