Would you guys suggest weighted dips to improve overall strength? I feel like I can move my body weight pretty easily with dips and pull ups. Do you guys add weight often ?
dips are a key compound lift, BUT you need to be careful not to overtrain your shoulders otherwise you will end up with major problems as you get older
Dips are frigging amazing accessory movement to boost your bench press.
But it is also very hard on your shoulders so be careful when you start hanging weight around you.
