What are some of the best foods to eat when your feeling ill and under the weather?

when a dog is sick and you try to feed them do they eat? no.. they know not to, so does every other animal. but for humans for some reason we think that eating food while ill helps.. it doesn't

you boost your immune system while fasting. so if you feel sick, do not eat. stay hydrated with electrolytes (not sports drinks). your body is trying to detox so eating is counter productive

Home made bone broth is great to drink when feeling ill

Water is the most important thing. Do not try to force feed meals if you don't feel well. Give your body a break from food and let it focus on healing.
