a long fast where your digestive system is shutdown you want to break it with either HOMEMADE bone broth or melon. DO NOT get store bought bone broth, you will fuck your stomach up due to the preservatives and the shit they add to it like garlic and onions for flavor. you don't want spices after a fast
if it is intermittent type fasting you break the fast with good fats like avocado, raw nuts, coconut oil.
