I'd have to cast my vote for a CKD. It's pretty much designed for bodybuilders who don;t want to lose much mass but also shed lbs.
 
I personally like CKD's.

As for SwoleGenix, I've only heard REALLY good things about it.
Lots of very positive feedback.

Many good things about the 'don't diet' diet as well.

Kentucky, perhaps you should re-read my post. I cannot post with my regular screen name as I refuse to buy a platinum membership. Do a search for slimm, or come to www.gotswole.com and do some reading before you hate.

probably a 45/30/25 split

typical meal day is:

1. Oats + Whey Protein (2 scoops)
2. Protein Shake (no carbs) With spoon of flax/fish oils
3. Salmon+ 1 cup veggies
4. Oats+whey protein (pre workout)
5. Post workout Shake (50g glucose/25g whey)
6. Chiken/Fish/Egg whites + 2 cups vegies

I've gained about 2-3lbs in the last 10 weeks but lost 3% bf!
 
Yeah, I'm doing a similar split (40/30/30) and I'm starting my 4th week on it. I lost ~5 lbs so far, but I haven't gotten my bodyfat checked yet. Hopefully I will sometime this week. I'm keeping my meals mostly P/C or P/F.

What kind of veggies are you eating?
