is it even possible to bulk up on sarms or is it a waste of time? I’m currently 28 years old and never used them before, only used supplements. I am 5’6 and 140 pounds. I have been training for 3 years. Looking to add maybe 20 pounds to my frame, I need to know which sarm to use, just give me the best 1 only, I don’t want to use a stack yet
