I know this has been asked a bunch but give me the best apetite supressant that doesnt have sides.

Water......and it's relatively free. In my experience, I start cutting consumption a little each week, while drinking lots of water. Your body will acclimate to less cals quite easily. A large (12-16 oz) glass of water before a meal will make you less hungry and eat less. Also, if you're a fast eater - slow down. You get full quicker.

cold water burns calories.
room temp water is good for the immune system.

smoking and drugs suppress the appetite. i wouldnt recommend either.

I was looking along the lines of a drug. I tried the ol water trick it just aint gettin it.

Meridia at about 15mg's per day is working wonders for me. I love sweets and junk food, it knocks those cravings out cold from day one.

I take Tonalin and it's supposed to help lose the fat, but it also helps to decrease my appetite.

Are you on any meds that may increase your appetite right now? Anti-depressants can do that.

Are you diabetic or do you have thyroid issues?

Yes! With sugar-free jello.

No need for pills.
