best and worst steroids for acne

Im trying to avoid bad acne sides like I got last few months. My personal worst for acne are: deca and npp (I have no clue why) and test cyp. On the other hand, I barely had any acne with prop, suspension or var (even at high doses of each). Tren, surprisingly, wasnt too bad either.
 
Ive had to combat acne regardless of what kind of cycle I am on. This time around I have made an effort to shower twice a day, and I am also tanning at least twice a week.

This has kept my skin pretty dry and I have not had really any breakouts thus far. Im in week 8 of Test520/Deca500 per week.
 
Test Prop is the worst for me, hands down. Maybe your NPP really was test prop...:)

I got pimples on the inside of my fucken ear.

I have not had a terrible problem. With Sust there was no acne that I can remember but with Test I started to get a lot on my shoulders and chest. It sucked cause I normally have a great complexion
 
deca's not too bad. I think it depends on your genes! if your skin is ok before expect 2 or 3. if it was bad? then you'll get a few more than usual. just shower more and keep your skin a bit drier.
 
Tanning bed is the key. I always start tanning the second week of any cycle. I go at least twice a week. It keeps the breakouts to a sheer minimum. Don't ask how but I have not broken out on anything and this cycle below is where i thought that I would.

Dbol 50-75mg ED
Deca 750-1000mgs/wk
Sustanon 500-750mgs/wk

I put on about 33 lbs with that cycle, lots of water from the Dbol but I kept about 24 which isn't bad w/no acne at all. Damn that rox.

Shit, I ran almost the same thing but with more test (cyp) and no dbol and my acne has never been that bad. I should do more tanning I guess.
 
So tanning only twice a week for a few weeks while your on huh? That doesn't seem to bad...more acne wise than money wise. Thanks for the great info!!
 
As you can see from the majority of the posts, test is the worst for causing acne. That's one of the reasons I'm not a big fan of it (not to mention all the other sides). If I do a cycle without test, I get no acne at all, and all my existing acne goes away, probably from little to no test levels in my body. Test is the king of sides.

So what do you do then? Deca or tren cycles with dbol?

Understand how they come and you are able to fight back succesfully.

Especially when on test, your skin gets more oily from inside out and
produces more tallow (that white looking fatty shit when accumulated on one
point or zit). If you don't clean this oily layer on your skin in time, you give
local bacteries time to multiply very fast and form crazy red mountains on
the skin. These spots don't always have to be like a zit, but are also often
red inflammations that heal very slow.
On test your body temp is a higher, bacteries like that too.
Sweating is good, but shower it off as soon as possible to avoid bacterial
buildup. So we have to try to keep the skin: dry, fresh, clean.

Remedy that works for me to minimize this nasty side starts with
showering every morning and especially before bed (short is ok) use a light soap (your gf probably has some), tanning works great indeed, changing
bedsheets and pillowsheets more often works too, try also to softly crub nek,
schoulders and back twice a week with a nice scrubcreme of your girlfriend.
Vitamin B5 helps too. Your skin will probably be quite dry and fresh then most
of the time and that's how you make sure the bacteries in the tallow can't
multiply fast enough and get destroyed by the body.

No worries on that side for me anymore that last cycles on or off.

i jus read a thread today on acne and it said use b-5 vit a and vit e i jus got all the stuff and cant find the thread for the dosing :( anyone? also im starting to tan too
back to the topic i break out easy it doesnt matter whats in the cycle for me

My research has led me to believe that high doses of test also slow collagen formation, even when taken with collagen building gear such as deca or eq. I've posted several times about this btw. This is actually the main reason I avoid test. EQ is pretty much the staple in all my cycles. EQ/tren/prov is good, and so is eq/deca/prov. If I do throw in test, it's never above 150mg/wk for normal test functioning. With eq as the staple, I avoid test sides, and also accelerate collagen formation with each cycle, especially with deca/eq. I don't do any orals either except proviron. Tbol or anavar would be good additions to these cycles if you were interested in orals, but I would definitely avoid orals like anadrol or dbol; that would defeat the purpose.

It works fine for me; the prov definitely helps too. It wouldn't hurt to throw in an hrt dose of test (125mg/wk) either. This low dose of test will not hinder collagen formation; and in fact, may even help accelerate it. It's when you go above 200mg/wk that you run into trouble. Plus test is the #1 mass builder. That's gotta be hard on your joints to weaken tendons, while at the same time caking on the muscle.

Why would dbol or anadrol defeat the purpose?
