Bent Barbell Rows in 5x5

So I just finished my fourth week on 5x5(its the version that has the online calc, lovin it) but on the barbell rows I have a few questions. I know its a little late to be asking but..

1. I am rowing from the floor right? YouTube - Bent over barbell row
or should I be like 2 inches above the floor for tension?
Please show me a youtube vid if the one I posted above isnt correct.
 
Everyone does these different.

I pull from the floor. I deload all reps. Each rep is done with an explosive concentric and a controlled, but quick eccentric. My main goal with rows is to move the most weight as explosive as possible.

This is very similar to the form I use minus all the bs that preludes the video I also get my hips a little higher.



Maybe if we're lucky Glenn Pendlay himself will stop by and comment :)
 
I do 45 degrees on the torso and pull from a hang. I don't like any swinging lifts for 5x5 though, risky.
