I want to know with dairy are there more positives or negatives ? I know it has good proteins but it also causes inflammation so I am not so sure which is the better solution ?
unless it is humane friendly, grassfed cows that are happy and healthy and the milk isn't pasteurized (you won't find this in north america) then 100% negative.
