weight- 149 lbs
1.Bench press- 45x5, 95x4, 135x3, 185x1, shirt- 205x1(no touch)
Opener- 225x1
Second- 245x1 PR
Third- 255x1 PR!!
Fourth- 265xmiss(stalled halfway)
I exceeded my expecations and hit a 15 lb PR with a good pause and good lockout. Very excited about the upcoming meet. Time to train the lockout hard and shoot for 265+ at the meet!!!
BTW, 255@149= 1.71xbw which is also a PR.
Hopefully hitting the boards hard for the next 6 weeks will help me hit a new PR at the meet!!
