behind the back shrug vs front shrug

Hi guys, I'm 22 and I'm putting together my own training routine, I need just and advice for my traps and I wonder which exercise out the ones mentioned in the title is the best to make my traps wider, thank you.

Behind the back does, it seem, isolate them more. But rather than ask just try the movement right now - no weights etc. Arms in front and shrug and arms behind. There's your answer.

I don't train traps directly. I prefer to just do deadlifts. That hits them enough for me. If I was to do shrugs, I prefer in front as opposed to behind the back. Just a comfort thing.
