Shoulder injury is now gone. And im ready to get back in the game. My body has gone to shit an i dont care what any of you say because EVERYONE sees me is so shocked at how much i lost. My social anxiety is starting to come back and i cant take it no more. Being big cured my anxiety now im constantly worried and very quiet.

Should i natty train for like 2 months and then run ostarine or wait till i gain all my size back first?(proboably 7 months of training :(

Or will it not matter since ostarine wont screw up my test levels.. As long as i get a few months to regain strength in my tendons i should be good?

Also i plan on training in the 12-20 rep range for a while....

To ostarine or not is the question... Ostarine after muscle memory or half way through or right now is the question!!

I want my old body back. :(

Im 21 yrs old

I also herniated my disc so i cant go heavy and going to avoid exercises that stress lower back. So i cant go as hard as i used to which o think is gonna make me think it will take 7 months of natty to get back to where i was. =\
My story is not typical, after herniated my disc i was on vidocin naproxen, slept all day , ate like 700 calories a day for 2 months. So i really did lose so much =\

Also to add my back still aches when i sit down. So maybe ostarine can even heal my herniated disc better..

I cant train legs. But i will be doing back supported exercises. (Feet up when benching) incline shrugs. Pull ups etc. no stress to the back!!

Take advantage of muscle memory first. It is a wonderful thing when coming back after being out from an injury or setback that nothing can match. You don't need to add anything at all for those couple months except proper diet, training, and staples like creatine pre workouts, etc. You have a great build even now after you lost some size, so you obviously know what you need to do to get there.

Once you stall out you can consider things like SARMS and take advantage.

Good luck bro

Not that your info needs approval, but this was exactly what I was thinking, too. The first couple or three months should be done natty. I don't mean to not use creatine, that would be good to use, along with protein shakes and a pwo drink if needed. You will make great gains coming back into it. Just don't hurt yourself or overtrain and get sick. So... yeah, ditto on what rick said. Good luck, man, prepare for t-rex arms after your first bicep work out from killer doms. But it's all good, you are gonna feel like a king again after a month.

Damm bro! U werent kidding about t rex arms. Its been a week and my biceps are still sore as fk. It floats in the air and is pain to extend... Gonna hve to lessen the volume. This soreness is no joke. Holy shit.
Never been this sore before. And wow at all the strength i lost lol.
I have to put my hands in my pocket or they will be bent when im walking.. Making me look like a douchebag....

Yeah man just chill and have PATIENCE lol. That's the hardest thing to do after a long layoff. I was off for 6 months at one point and was so freckin depressed everytme I looked in the damn mirror. But you know what, it just makes you come back stronger and more dedicated to get back to where you were. Muscle memory is a awesome thing cause it will get you back there, may not be as fast as you want but you WILL get back. Just keep
at it bro and a little patience and you'll be back.

So youre a basketcase at 21 because you cant live with yourself if you dont have a lot of muscle? Thats not good bro, gotta treat the deeper issue with you mentally since muscles is just a bandaid for your problems. Got to be able to function and be comfortable with yourself and around people without the "shield" of your muscles protecting you.

What happens if you cant workout like youd want permanently due to injury, life circumstance, family, job, etc etc the reasons are endless. Life can change sometimes bro.

But to answer your question, muscle memory for sure. Ive had 5 surgeries and it wasnt that hard to get back to where i was once recovered fully.
