Just got done playing like 4 hours of basketball, and I must say god i love plyometrics
. I've always been pretty naturaly fast/agile, but now..geez o peets
... It must be a mixture of all the squats, Oly lifts, band training and plyo's, but I feel soooo much faster, i can jump so much higher, it just feels great. This really had no point, I was just happy and wanted to say thanks to everyone, especially those that have helped me along the way.
I love you guys/gals!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
