Bad nuts

Unless the contest looms or you have blood pressure issues, salted nuts are fine.

The only problem of salting nuts is they become too addictive.

No nuts are "bad", but some have too much omega 6 (depending on the rest of ur diet), e.g., Pinenut.

In terms of fatty acid profile, macadamia, hazlenut, and almonds are best (based on ratio of monounsaturated fat compared to omega 6)

Almonds are probably the most nutritious generally (debatable)

In terms of antioxidants, pecans are best.

Make sure the nuts are roasted or raw. Avoid nuts fried in oil.
