Well, i guess since you hurt your foot you wouldn't be able to do clean and press (from the ground, to above you head) I like doing clean and press becuase i get a good pump in my upperback, traps and shoulders...
Anyway. For my back i usually allways do 5 sets of some form of pull ups, 5 sets of bentover rows, machine rows or a row of another sort. You can allways mix it up with the thousand different back excersises though.
