Damn, it feels good to be back here on E-Fitness. I've been away since about '04. I used to post under the name orchitis, but that was back in the days of Macrophagealpha, el cubano, & conan69. I don't recognize hardly any names now, but it's been a while since I've been on here. Anyway, I want to give props to Needto for his support & info last week. I sought his help & he was right there to help a brother out....Thanks man. It's nice to see some things haven't changed around here, and it's guys like Needto that keep things going strong.
Anyway, I've been working my ass off & I finally feel ready to get the gear going again. I've done six cycles in the past, but none since the end of '03. My wife & I had our first baby in Feb. & I still have some of the sub-Q from eating along side my wife during her pregnancy.So, I'm looking to run a cutting cycle to shed the fat while gaining a little lean mass in the process. Plus, I don't have the ability to pull-off a mass cycle anymore anyway, because my wife would notice the rapid gains & kick my balls. Here's the scoop. I'm about to turn 30yrs old in Sept. & I'm 5'10" & weigh about 240lbs. I know I'm fat, but I'm stocky with a bit of muscle underneath. My diet is very clean & I've already shed 12lbs in 1.5 months of cardio & dieting, but I don't want to lose any muscle as I cut from here on out. I have the following(on the way):
EQ 200mg/10ml x 3 vials
Test Cyp 250mg/10ml x 1 vial
Winstrol 50mg/tabs x 40tabs(about 6 weeks)
HCG 5,000 i.u. x 2 vials
Liquidex one full bottle(I'm very prone to gyno)
I was looking at running
EQ for 12weeks at 500mg/week
test cyp for 10 weeks at 250mg/week
winny 50mg daily for 6 weeks.
HCG 1500iu - 3 times per week for two weeks PCT
HCGenerate - PCT(maybe during cycle if I can afford it.)
Unleashed - PCT
Post Cycle - PCT
My main question is when should I run the test & winny? Should I start winny & eq & add the test at week 3 through week 12? Or, start test & eq week one together & finish with winny the last six weeks? It's been a while, so I may be missing some things here. If anyone see's anything I can do to improve this cycle please make a suggestion. I feel rusty. Thanks
