L Legion Kreinak2 New member Feb 20, 2003 #6 If you posted them in the order you actually do them, I'd recommend doing back, then shoulders, then bis. It's not horrible, but I wouldn't feel comfortable doing all three in one workout. Of course, you don't go balls-to-the-wall either.

gmanlax7 New member Feb 20, 2003 #8 when i do back and shoulders on the same day I do deads barbell rows standing military press upright rows face pulls end with a few burnout sets of side raises, rear delt raises then as heavy shrugs as my grip will allow by this point i've stopped doing arms altogether, unless its their own day once in a great while, because they werent budging and were probly overtrained
