well we shale see this weekend what hes got..ima bj penn fan but very disapointed in his last fight he came in the ring looking like he never did a push in his whole life, i know fighting is not all about being jacked but come on penn! as far as gear use goes in the sport my opinion is dont get caught...

BJ Penn hasn't a clue about elite fitness. All you have to do is watch any of his pre-fight preps and they are almost laughable. My normal routines are harder and I'm just a girl.

GSP using gear? He's already a large welterweight which if he useed gear I doubt he'd be able to make the weight cut. BJ needs to stop whining and accept the fact that he got his ass handed to him by a superior athlete. GSP is the most complete fighter in the sport today and a class act as well.

Welp obviously he trained this time around came in lookin 10 times better had plenty of stanima and controlled the fight the whole way through... I think his last ass woopin was a good reality check for him and it should keep him on top of his game... Id like to see him fight piere agin in this condition

Yea, I missed that fight.
I still need to check it out. I saw a short clip and Penn did look in really good condition.

i gotta say, wasnt impressed with bj's win this weekend. sure the end was classy, but it took him long enough to make the attempt. i think kenny just didnt have enough firepower. if penn goes up against sanchez next, im doubtful he'll retain his title.
