I just had an amazing day of training (delts, back, traps). started with a quick 10 min warm up then did cleans and bar rows superset for five sets, reps around 12-15, then i supersetted pull-downs with a wide grip and a narrow grip, 10-15 reps range, then i did some heavy arnold presses supersetted with dumbbell shrugs, lateral raises with more dumbbell shrugs, then upright rows with rear delt raises and barbell shrugs. lots of reps and sets today!!!! i felt great, pump was amazing....i'm really liking varying the rep ranges, mixing a small amount of heavy lifting with other lifts in the 10-20 rep range makes me feel great, it's good for the muscle conditioning, muscle building and strength. anyway, thats my rant for the year. lol
