Raw.. cut it up.. throw it on some chicken, toss it in a salad(if your into tossing salad), spread it on bread and use in a sandwich, lots of uses for it..
it's good stuff, just make sure it's ripe. Skin should be blackish, and should be kinda soft when you squeeze it.
I love my avocados sliced with a little garlic salt and/or lemon-lime salt. Just about 1/2 of one is a great snack with or on a salad. They are one of your BEST fats, and are good in helping with lowering cholesterol level, if that's a concern.
