Hello all, and welcome to Elite.

I know the world of body building and strength training is full of questions yet to be answered. Please use the search before posting a new thread. If you cant find what your looking for then dont be afraid to post, somone is always willing to help. But please make it easy on the mods and run a search before posting. This also saves board space.

I would, and in fact there used to be a post like this, but now members that AREN'T platinum can no longer conduct a full search...thus the sudden increase in FAQs.

If you do an advanced Google search and filter for www.elitefitness.com , I think you will find what you're looking for.

Well apparently there wasn't enough innate value to being plat that they had to create some.

BTW spatts, great advice Just technical question, though...wouldn't it be boards.elitefitness.com? I have no clue how the filtering thingie works

just tested the advanced google search out.

works well.

used the "exact phrase" field

and

domain field as www.elitefitness.com

There are plenty of ways you can do it and it will work just fine
