ATI Personal Fitness Trainer Program

Hello everybody, I was hoping somebody here could answer a question for me. My cousin is interested in being a personal fitness trainer and we were both doing some research on how to get into that field. Eventually we stumbled across the ATI website and saw that they offered a course in personal fitness training. By the end of it the student will be CPR certified and will be able to operate an AED. The website also states that the student will be prepared to sit for theNASM CPT, CES, and PES exams. But, it is not too clear on whether or not the student actually takes the exams at the center. However, my concern is the price of the program. While in the long run it is not way too much the program costs 16,400 dollars. Is this a fair price or should my cousin stay away from it?
