Mak,

I take it that your a nutritionist/trainer by day?

No. I'm not. I do consultations on the side for bodybuilders, figure competitors, and fitness models. I've helped a few regular models also. I'm actually a loan officer for a bank. I do mortgages. Funny huh?

I diet on 2800 cals/day. I don't bulk anymore, but when I did I ate the same foods, just more of them. I still ate low carbs and tapered them throughout the day. The easiest way to add clean cals when you're trying to put on size is with all natural peanut butter and flax oil. I've had guys eat a jar of natural pb a day to help them put on size.

Thanks for all the help. Im already noticing visible fat loss.

Right on man. I do mortgages as well. :coffee:

Hey Mak,
I'm looking to lean up a bit but I don't want to lose anymore size. Right now I'm about 10-12% bodyfat and looking to get down below 8%. Right now I have about 8oz of carbs with every meal mainly consisting of brown rice or oatmeal. What do you think of this? Should I cut my carbs in half or should I switch to another type of carb for each meal? Only thing I'm talking now is Clen.

How many grams of carbs is 8 oz.? You should stick with oatmeal and yams for carbs.

44 grams = 8 oz

What about Sweet Potatoes? What's the difference in yams and sweet potatoes?

What are your stats? Sweet potatoes are yams. They're the same thing. 1 oz. has 7 grams of carbs.
