Ok... so here's my delimma: Got the stack lined up: 450 Prim0ew, 250Sust-ew, Liquidex .05ew, ready to Inject (the pinz are vibrating with excitement!!!) Then I realize....Geez...that's, like 3 shots if you only do 2cc per shot! Is that right?? I was hoping for ONE...geez...my ass is sore just thinking about it). ANYWAY. SO...it's my first cycle. I'm 45 years old....6'2, 240, 18%bf, and lean mass around 195 i guess. I'd like my lean mass to be around 210-220, bf% at 10% or under..... So I'm not looking to become a beast here...this month anyway.
I'm eating very clean...but was wondering your THOUGHTS on gaining muscle, loosing fat on a 6 week stack like this? I can't imagine that I'll make these goals in 6 or even 8 weeks.... OR CAN I??? I'm doing cardio (HIIT, Intervals 4x per week (Hell, I TEACH RPM (indoor cycling) post workout and 45-60 walking pace daily)
But would you still up your total calories? I've already up'ed protein. I tend to gain weight off of lettuce...SERIOUSLY! I'm a mircale of science!!! And I've worked for 25 years to get the nice, soft middle that now hugs my hips like a spoiled 3 year old child....
So the question is.... to use this stack as a MORPHING stack....what would you do diet wise... I'd like to use no other supps during the cycle than the AS only.
Just wanting to know what the experts have done...this is MY FIRST cycle, I'd like it to be as productive as possible....and there are SO MANY CHOICES.
