Let me be a little more specific. I've been working out for about 5 years now and I was having a problem lowering my bf% so I upped my calories from 1500 to 1800. Haven't tested bf since, but I can tell a difference. I am going to test it again before I start my cycle DNP which will begin this Sunday (cycle=8 days long). I want to try and drop some more bf before I start a cycle of anavar because I want to see what kind of muscle I have to work with so I can make the best gains in the right areas I know that my legs are bigger than my upper body, so I want to play catchup with my upper body so I look more in proportion (hope that made sense). I've done lots of research here on the boards, and thanks to all the wonderful women on the boards that posted their experiences, I feel I am making a good decision, but I wanted to know how long I need to wait after the DNP to start the anavar. I will be following the DNP with T-3 for 5 days at 12.5mg per day.
