SO who's going? I'm getting my tickets now and I'm looking for a good referrence on where to stay from all you vets out there. Props to those who respond.

At this point you better start looking for a room. There are like 3 major events that weekend. The Arnold, a big UFC fight and some other event. I am Judging the Amature Arnold this year so Iwill be there all weekend. I have no idea where the NPC is putting us up. Rooms are getting scarace I hear.

I just live 1 hour and 30 min away. I am definately gonna be there getting all the free goodies I can get. I might even participate in the "cage".

Screw downtown, stay in Crosswoods up north, fish market is great restaurant in there, you can eat fresh fish and steamed veggies, great place, was there last night.

It's only about 10-12 minutes out, I-270 and US-23,which is one mile west of I-71 and 270 on the north side, 71 takes you right down to the convention center. Just up the block from the Fish Market is Ruth's Chris also and 2 other top notch steak houses in there I cannot recall the names of right off, probably 8 or more hotels to stay in up there though, and bars also.

I might go this year, it's been 3yrs since I've been. I always seem to have some sort of excuse or commitment keeping me from going. 3yrs ago, I was a few weeks out from a show & I just didn't feel like dealing with all the f*@k heads. Fortunately, I don't have to get a hotel to go

J/K -- the best I ever got was being put up in the host hotel on the company's dollar, altho the cheap fuckers made us drive up from GA. 2nd best w/ less bullshit associated w/ it was getting a room at a place across the street from the Expo.

I think the worst thing I hated was going to the night BB shows at the Vets Coliseum, having it run past when the busses pick up and having to fight the rest of the 10,000 people for a cab in that amazingly tropical early spring Ohio weather .
