Arimidex capsules how do I split them?

splitting capsules is not wise.. it will mess with the time release. If i were you i would go to chemicalneed(dot)com and just pick up the liquid version.

That or take 1 mg Every 3 days instead of .5 mg EoD

I'm in week 4 now and I have not experienced any symptoms til this point... I'm on test e 250 2 times a week

no need to split them, just space dosing.

On an aside, by the time you get symptoms adex is not going to immediately offer any help. estrogen sides are due to high levels of E. Adex prevents the creation of e via aromatization by working at the enzyme level so if you get E sides and start taking adex it wont do anything for the E already in your system. It will only lower the rate at which additional E is produced.

This is why its important to know what your E levels are at and take adex at a dose to keep them in the normal range all through cycle.

forma. you can use as many squirts as necessary. less pills the better. don't have to worry about having to pass something else through the liver. surprised everyone isn't choosing forma as an AI today.
