Are there any harmful effects of Arimidex on women?

Does anyone know of any documented harmful side-effects that arimidex has on women. My intent for its use would only be in well spaced, 3 day, intervals to drop water weight for photoshoot type situations. This is for a friend of mine and I would not want any damage to result from this use.

I don't think that there would be much risk of harm when used rarely and for short periods of time like you suggest.
