Maybe not, given that I've never seen a paper steroid prosecution. But, I guess they know now.

DO they know about it ? Yes. Since Feds of all kinds come to this board to get "knowledge". Now the question is, when will someone get busted for that. I have no idea, but dont worry, Feds might know how PaperVar looks like, just like they knew about some chinese/Bruce Lee stuff...

Yes I remember reading awhile back about some paper getting siezed by Customs. If I remember correctly the cat involved even mentioned something about "shipping problems".
