Thanks man, another reason why im glad i signed on the site... last thing i would ask is with clenbuterol, some say increase the dosage on a 4 week schedule, and others say, do it in two week cycles so i dont loose the benifits... I eat way too healthy... ie: Oatmeal for breakfeast, snack, eggs for lunch, snack, and depending on if im at work, protein bar, last snack a V8... Cardio i do everday, for the past month... So for being a first time user, what would be a safe bet?
