Im a 28 year old male 5'11" 215lbs weight mostly in gut... Need info on first time usage of Clenbuterol, Cytomel, or Conjugated linoleic acid or Cla. Never tried any of them, and should one be used instead of combination or stacks?... And if so, what is the beginner cycle, or most novice way of starting... Any help would be appreciated.

Bro, avoid running Cytomel WITHOUT any AAS at all costs. Along with the excess fat, it'll take away every bit of muscle too. Clen is definitely safer in that respect. Best way to do it would be to clean up your diet alongwith decent daily cardio for atleast 3 months or so and then deciding from there.

Thanks man, another reason why im glad i signed on the site... last thing i would ask is with clenbuterol, some say increase the dosage on a 4 week schedule, and others say, do it in two week cycles so i dont loose the benifits... I eat way too healthy... ie: Oatmeal for breakfeast, snack, eggs for lunch, snack, and depending on if im at work, protein bar, last snack a V8... Cardio i do everday, for the past month... So for being a first time user, what would be a safe bet?

Post your diet....everything that goes into your mouth in a typical day

Post your workout routine...

Go to the EF diet and training forums...

Do not take either.

Clen and T 3 are for final refining for competitive bodybuilders, not someone looking to "lose their gut."
 
Allright thank you, i appreciate the advice, and all the help from everyone here in EF! I am a beginner. Just trying to catch up with everyone else, and i thought adding something to my diet and exercise would get me better results, for not only do i want to lose my gut, i want to get a six pack as well... Finally ending on building muscle, which i know i have to just lift for a few months before even considering taking anything else....
