Appetite suppressant

Can anyone recommend a good appetite suppressant. I am doing a cutter , got a month left and am doing cardio like hell. i have lost some fat, but know I could do better. My will power is decent, but lately I am having trouble keeping the consumption down. I don't eat sugars, etc. all decently clean food, but seem to get munchy alot, especially when inactive for a little while like at work. I am just curious if there is anything anyone has used that is decent and helps reduce the hunger. been doing well, just looking for a little boost since i am lagging a bit the last week or two. thanks.
 
Increase your water intake......chew sugar free gum
 
if you feel hungry then drink a lot of water. that is an old school method

also avoid electronics like watching the tv, notice you will want to snack while doing that. hell throw your tv out, you will be surprised how much weight you lose just by doing that

another trick is IF instead of eating early in the day.. once you start eating you will want to eat again vs. just fasting half the day and eating in a window
 
Increasing fluid consumption is one trick but there are several other ways to combat those hunger issues.

I think from now on I'm gonna keep them on my sleeve so if you need any tips pm me.
 
eating fiber rich foods also helps a lot with appetite suppression... staying busy is a huge one... trust me, you tend to forget you hungry if you are busy...

Funny that you brought this up because (at least) one bodybuilder in my country used to do a lot of gamin stuff when he was on prep.
Well, actually as far as I know he played quite a bit on the off-season as well but you got the point :)
