I would like to know if anyone has used APEX products such as the Volumizer which helps build muscle mass w/ creatine, Methoxybolic which is plant based product that supports testosterone, Recovery which curbs muscle breakdown and delay fatigue w/ branched chain amino acids, Workout which helps you drive thru intense w/o w/ caffeine & ginsing, DHEA which helps support and increase natural DHEA levels w/i the body and etc....

Please see the site www.apexfitness.com for further info. and product lit. I ask because I'm a personal trainer at Purefitness in AZ. which supports the APEX program and or lifestyle and I'm interested to see who out there has heard or used the APEX program and/or supplements with good or great results.

It's a waste of time and it just irritates me when I even hear their name. Everything can seem beneficial if it is explained in the right context.

More than likely the trainer has a sorry ass APEX personal trainer certification. They brainwash the weak into believing in their program and products. Let me guess, he used something like their products are tested for purity to gain your confidence?

Those are the types of gyms that certify their trainers themselves. Most of them have no real experience and the only thing they can do is repeat information that is taught to them during their sales training sessions. They try to throw out big words like transverse and sagital plane to gain peoples attention. Tell them to explain proprioceptors, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, the stretch shortening cycle and it's practical applications. Belive me, there is practical application and it is very useful and beneficial.

Ask him or her if she can explain if the Ab Energizer gimick actually promotes hypertrophy and lypolysis. Chances are, they can't give you an explanation on how an electrochemical signal, acetylcholine, the sarcoplasmic reticulum, calcium ions, myosin and actin filaments play a role in the contraction of a muscle. More than likely they will tell you that there is some sort of a benefit. Even if they disagree, they can't explain why.

The only products they have that are legitimate are their Multi Vitamins and BCAA Glutamine Complex.

Don't waste your time with people like that. You actually become dumber by talking to them.

These people give real trainers a bad name.

I trained at FitClub in Springfield IL using the Apex Products. I stacked the volumizer with the Amino Extreme, NO Extreme, and the Methoxybolic. Good luck finding the Methoxybolic. I had great results. My lean mass went up by 30% in five months gaining 15 pounds of muscle and I lost 10% of body fat. My power and strength levels went through the roof. So yeah it works.
