Anyway to know if estrogen is too low?

So I thought This would be a good topic for the forum since a lot of people taking AAS or even on TRT don't know about estrogen and sad to say some of these doctors don't even check it when doing blood work for test levels. But how does one know when he has taken to much of an AI and estrogen is too low?

You will have almost the same symptoms with low estrogen as on high estrogen levels. Bloodwork is accurate, everything else not accurate.
