Ok this is really pissing me off. I had a compact fracture on my right hand years ago and now Its lagging in strenght and growth. My Left Traps,Bis,Tris, and Lats are Bigger and Harder than my Right Side. Its not obvious but if you look closely, you can see it.
When I lift using Barbells I feel like my left side is compensating for my right side. But if I lift Dbells, My right side cant lift as much as my left. What should I do??? Anyone who have this condition plz reply.....

i think everyone has this problem to a certain degree (probably not as bad as your case though)...

try to have a day a week dedicated to training the weak side... use db and go as heavy as that side can handle... hammer strength machines are good for this if you have access to them...

i always do an extra set or two on my left side, but if the problem is really bad, just work that side once a week by itself...

On single limb movements, I will do my weaker side first, then I will do the same # of reps on my strong side. I still see gains this way, and I feel as though I even out quickly.
