anyone tried tabbatta, my wife is trying it after i used it to cut and enjoyed great success , i usually did 45 mins in morning on empty stomach but this year my work schedule didnt allow this so after a trainer told me about it i did it 3 x a week and then 20 minutes walking on treadmill , doing this i got ripped in record time -so i know it works for guys -any girls try it / any success ?
