you have no money, you are like 19. You have no degree. You business model has and will fail in virtually every locality in the multiverse. The one exception being California, where there are enough lifters to keep a hardcore atmosphere and a rich clientele (i.e. golds, Venice)

how about a yuppie gym with another section in it for the Hardcore, then you could get all the audiences? Or am I just being stupid?

I suppose you've considered the liability insurance associated with running such a business. Also, make sure everything is handi-man accessible, including bathrooms. You'll have to have a certain number of handi stalls per member of the gym, if it's like the US. Then figure what collateral you're gonna have. You might want to look that one up.
