I think I only got one more Jersey winter in me before I go apeshit. I got some potential real estate opportunities down in that area....how is there? Just wanted a few inside headsup's before i start researching.

weather, job market, type of people (not hicks like jacksonville?) , bitches?

Weather = great
Job market = you can caddy at the local gold clubs in Brandon
Type of people = Americans
Bitches = yes

It's very enjoyable in Tampa. You'll have fun. Several EF peeps live there but they prob won't reply as they don't like you.

any commments from the non-homosexual community??

I lived in Clearwater for 2 years. Bitches everywhere. Good times. In Tampa you have to go Ybor City. Fuckin' off the hook! More pussy than you have ever dreamed about. Hot pussy at that.

I was in Clearwater for a few motnhs a couple of years back, let me give you some feedback as a big city person going there.

Tampa is a bootie ass little city, it's too rural and life's too slow there for some one used to a faster (big city) pace of life. The summer is the worst. Hot, muggy, and humid. You'll sweat out your armpits just walking from your door to the car. Thunderstorms made me cry and crap my pants. Trees just feet away from my apartment window getting all thundered up. Overall slow and boring. Ybor alley, which is the only decent party strip in the area is fun for Tampa but would be shit in NY or LA. And the DevilRays suck.

The beaches are beautiful and there are steak houses on every corner. Miami is like a 5 hour drive away.

Tampa, Orlando, Daytona = the Midwest with better weather, not that it's a bad thing, but it won't compare to NYC in terms of shit to do.

If you want to live in Florida, and want the liveliness of the Upper East Coast, you have to go south of West Palm. We just spent a little over a week in Orlando/Daytona for Bike Week, and while I had a good time (was with a bunch of good buddies)....it pales in comparison to the good times/ass that can be had down south.

I used to keep a condo in SoBe, before getting married, now we have a home in the Highland Beach/Gulfstream area (50 minutes from Miami). I love South Florida. :)

I actually want to get away from the big city life. Its hectic and stressful just to do everyday activities. I want to live in a quiet suburb, my only prerequisite is that supermarkets, restaurants , malls, shit like that are somewhat close to the area. I dont want to have to drive 20 miles to go to the store but other than that I dont mind being in the burbs. I lived with my ex in Edision, NJ . She lived in a really quiet suburb , but a mile away you had RT 1 with all the supermarkets,stores, etc. etc...that was the perfect area location wise other than the weather.

Tampa lowest rated in dating,jobs lol good luck geting on that pays.Fags yes blacks plenty your best bet is to live outside tampa....

I hated NJ. Hboken was okay with all the chicks but I thought the state and the people sucked. The highways were crap, people with inconsiderate and there were too many jackangels running around, made me :worried:

In all honesty, I like Tampa. It still has a relatively cheap (compared to SE Fla) real estate market, great beaches and the place is loaded with Publix's and Winn Dixie's (super market). The cost of living is 89% of what it is in Miami.
