anyone here use hydroxicut ?

Hi.

I may be spelling hydroxicut wrong but was wondering if anyone has used it, & what it's like.

I don't want to stay on it forever, I don't want it to shrink my muscle, and most of all, when you stop taking it will you regain the weight ?

I'm kinda confused, I thought weight training was suppossed to bring the weight on the scale down, but my scale weight goes up ?

My muscle gains are coming along nicely, maybe that's the reason for the increase on the scale ?

What do you all think ?

It's a Waste-O-Money... even with ephedrine... couldn't sleep when I took it even though I can with various other ephedrine products... without ephedrine it's not even worth using... just a caffeine pill...
 
Just alittle advice, I don't think you need to be looking into taking fat burners just yet. First you should try and burn as much fat as possible with diet and cardio, once you plateau with that then maybe introduce fat burners to your program.

If you really want to loss fat, make sure your diet is tight, and cut out those 3 sessions of 10 minute cardio workouts (that I read you were doing in a previous thread). Try adding 3 to 4 intense cardio sessions for 30 to 45 minutes every week.
 
If you are looking for a good fatburner I think you'll get lots of votes for Thermorexin at AF store. No jitters, but works nicely.

Hydroxycut and other OTC thermogenics are basically just things that speed up your 'metabolism' a little bit. Usually there's some sort of caffeine source that gets you buzzing a little. It won't shrink your muscle or any of that business. You DO want to cycle off of it say ever 4-6 weeks because your receptors get tolerant to it and you start to feel nothing (i.e. the buzz). You DON"T want to feel like you are dependent on a pill for anything.Thermos have nothing to do with building muscle. Sometimes the best thing you can do is get off of them and let your body work with just natural stuff like ... food, a clean system and hard training. Stimulants and other stuff like that should be cycled out occassionally, with enough time for your body to clear it all out and figure out how to operate without it.

Your weight can go up and down on a daily basis based on what you've eaten that day, that time of month, many different things. If it has consistently gone up (i.e. you weigh yourself at the same time each day and hold everything else constant, diet, etc.) the you can probably say you got some muscle mass added. Remember that muscle weighs more than fat. Or you have lost some bodyfat, or both.

Don't just look at the scale --- do your clothes fit looser or tighter? Do your muscles look tighter or leaner in those areas where you are leaner, e.g. your arms or upper body where a drop in bodyfat will show more readily.

i used hydroxycut YEARS ago, it sucked. gave me really bad stomach aches and diarreohea - thats how i lost weight. ECA stacks work the best.

umm........that's what Hydro was...it WAS an ECA stack....
