Anyone have any recipes for some low carb hot wings?

Calorie king says that Domino's hot wings are .5 grams per wing, that's pretty freaking awesome. I'd like to make some of my own. If anyone can give me some tips or any recipes I'd appreciate it.

Making low-carb hot wings are actually a lot easier than you might think...Basically if you're not concerned about fat then they're a great choice for good tasting protein.

I usually make these for family bar-b-q's when I need to bring something, and they're pretty easy.

Just go to a store like Costco or BJ's or something like that and see if you can get a big bag of the plain frozen "buffalo wings". Space them out on a foil-lined cookie sheet to let them thaw and preheat the oven to the temp that's listed on the package.

Make a sauce by combining Tobasco, Frank's Red Hot, a small amount of Splenda (or other sweetener---you don't need that much, so if you used sugar it wouldn't matter too much), little salt, pepper, and any other spices you think would taste good...and add some water if you feel you need to thin it out and take the hottness of it down a bit.

When the wings have thawed well enough dip them in the sauce and put them back on the lined cookie sheet. Put them in the oven and bruch them with the left-over sauce a few times while cooking. Or you can grill the wings and just do the exact same thing.

They turn out great, and are perfect if you want a low-carb snack that tases good.
Best Wishes!

Or you can just buy a bottle of "texas Pete" buffalo sauce, cook the wings on the grill, and then brush with the sauce.

Very simple, they are just not breaded.

I have to say, I usually make my wings like Kentucky suggested, but if you really dont care about the fat, you can always fry your wings in hot oil, with the skin on, and when they are done, toss them in a mixture of"Texas Petes" buffalo sauce or "Crystals" hot sauce with a little butter, tobasco and black pepper and you have yourself a very delicious, low carb, high fat, high flavor meal! These wings are best consumed while watching your favorite basketball, baseball or football game!
