E Evan Tipps Guest Oct 28, 2012 #4 I wouldnt say it would help maxing as much.. Nothing helps my maxes like 3-6 reps. But 20 reps on squats is deff better for size

Click to expand... The load is significantly lighter, and if you don't go to failure, your CNS will be fine. Also, legs require a lot of Volume
