I am a big advocate of HIIT training and plus plugging away for an hour on the treadmill seems like a waste of time to me. Anyone else getting good results from HIIT? I do it 4-5 times a week. 12-15 minutes. Makes you sweat like a mutha!!
Might be sufficient but for now I am sticking to 5 times a week until I see some serious results. I just do 12-15 minutes of sprints. Kills me every time. Not so much on the elliptical machine but on the sprint runner it does.
