Anyone buy the Tom Venuto 3.7%bf E-book?

i read part of it for free some how LOL

basically he believes in cardio every day for 30-45 minutes and eat well balanced low fat low carb high protein diet .....not rocket science id say or any radical diet ideas...
believes in basic prinicples and says to follow diet and cardio every day for 12 weeks and be shocked @ the results u will get... books like this are good modavation id say
 
Basically my diet, I do 10 minutes of warm-up cadio and 20 minutes at the end of my workout. Too much cardio is counter productive IMO.
 
Another good buy is Lyle McDonald's Ultimate Diet 2.0 (UD 2.0); which is a slight variation from Dan Duchaine's Ultimate Diet from a while back
 
I'm considering it...what bothers me is that EVERYTHING costs money...

He has a $39 dollar package...
a $59 dollar package...
and $9.95/mo to get on his boards...

Shoot I'm not even plat here....
