Anybody tried the Max-OT training routine on the AST website?

Is this routine any good? I will be doing a cycle in a couple months and was wondering if this is a good program to stick to for a couple months. I know what i'm doing in the gym but, I was just curious if anybody followed this routine and got good results?
 
yeah,.....did the first 2 months before my appendix burst.....I def. had great strength gains and packed on 12 lbs using there 3 extreme. Also there vp2, and eating like mad man. I was 19, but that 2 months set me up for a real good thorwing season that next semester. Overall, didnt feel like i did enough, but obviously i did. I would changed the ab routine. I do a whole day to abs not just some cable crunches. But i believe the Vp2 had a lot to do with it. It makes ya feel good...haha its weird but its like i crave the stuff lol.
 
i am using it now and have to say i like it. i haven't got this sore in a while. i feel better and stronger than i have in a long time too.
 
there stuff about using Vit C and E before the workout and ALA really are bad ass......It helps cut down soreness BIGTIME haha...... plus there Creatine HSC and Vp2 combo freakin rocks....i make my own version of the creatine but thats only because i cant afford there haha. But It helped me stack on a few lbs aside from the times i have used the PH.....
 
max-ot is awesome, just started it 10 weeks ago, and I aint ever gonna stop. The gains I made in the first 8 weeks were incredible, bench went up 30 lbs, dl went up almost 50, and squat went up about 30. I'm making PR's on every lift each week. In fact I lift more now than when i was 25 lbs heavier... I also use a lot of their supps and have a very strict diet. I'd definetely give max-ot a shot if i were u.
