So I'm planning my first cycle/researching till probably next year but wondering what training split would be best in cycle.
I figure one should at least try and amp it up while on and see how much you can handle
I'm thinking of a split like this
Monday - 11am Chest
After work (4:30pm) back
Tuesday legs
Wednesday Arms & Shoulders
Thursday legs
Friday - AM Back, PM Chest
Saturday & Sunday mobility work
Thoughts on this split?
