Anybody here tried a split like this while on cycle

So I'm planning my first cycle/researching till probably next year but wondering what training split would be best in cycle.

I figure one should at least try and amp it up while on and see how much you can handle

I'm thinking of a split like this
Monday - 11am Chest
After work (4:30pm) back
Tuesday legs
Wednesday Arms & Shoulders
Thursday legs
Friday - AM Back, PM Chest
Saturday & Sunday mobility work

Thoughts on this split?

I personaly wouldn't train chest and back on the same day, I'd rather be fresh for both to get the most out of my workout. I would do your mobility EOD, that worked wonders for me and my tight hips and hammys. I wouldn't do legs after back as well cause your lower back gets hit doing squats and RDL so your leg day will be affected. Only way to know is to try it and see though.

I do all of my exercises based on the push pull method.


Push exercises, bench, overhead press, biceps...etc

Now those muscles can relax while you do pull exercises----Rows, lats,tris...etc.
over a few months i completely overhaul this routine and incorporate a new one
Theres a lot of detail in my training.
