any thoughts on my bulk diet??

I'm in week 3 of EQ 600mg and test E 600mg, also in week 2 with dbol 30-35mg per day depending on awake hours.

Anyway, I work "on the road" and eat in my car. Therefor I can't eat solid food more than some bread and shakes in between, as I have no breaks and can't really stop driving just to eat for 30 minutes or so. This is how I've been planing to eat from now on:

Bodyweight about 188lb

Breakfast(06.30)
oatmeal, some bread, proteindrink and tuna
20g fat, 90g carbs, 60g protein

Meal 2(09)
proteinshake with 45g protein from casein and whey(55g powder), 20g Flax seed oil, and 45g carbs from bread(lots of fibers in it..not that white shit)

Meal 3, lunch (12)

80g carbs from pasta or rice
20g fat from flax seed oil
150g salmon or tuna or chicken

Meal 4: Same as meal 2 (3.00)

Meal 5, 45 minutes before my session in the gym(5.15)
30g carbs, 30g protein(whey/casein)

Meal 6: PW shake(6.30)
65g dextros, 40g Whey, 500mg ALA, creatine and glutamine

Meal 7: (8)
rice, oatmeal, some sallad and some bread
massive carbs, but I like it and think I need it..
120g carbs
65g protein
10g fat

Meal 8 (10.00)
60g carbs from oatmeal mixed with water and then into the micro(sows GI)
25g protein

Meal 9 (11.00)
50-60g protein from tuna
10g fat from flax
no carbs
 
not a big fan of the 80g of carbs with 20g of fat that would be deadly for myself fat wise, but everyone is different other wise it looks good bro keep us posted with how it goes
 
I will, but the carbs will be slow during the day and night. So 20g fat with 80g carbs as they are very slow(about GI 50) I do not think will do shit for fatgain. It would be a different thing If I ate 20g fat with 80g carbs from white bread, jasminerice and so on, but I wont
 
i realize the low gi carbs will cause minimal insulin release for fat storage but 80g of carbs is a decent amount to burn for energy and will be burned before the fat... therefore if you dont use those carbs quickly for energy that fat will just be stored
 
As I get to bed at 11 and get up at 6, sometimes 5.30 and have a very very intense job, I do think this will work. I upped on the protein today. It's hot outside and the car do not even have any air-con, so you go figure..I sweat like a pig in the oven, same thing at night(that sucks)

I also drink 40g casein/whey when I get up in the middle of the night to take a piss.

Since I stepped on this cycle I've probably dubbled my calorie intake. I probably eat about 50grams of protein 8-9 times per day now, and too that 40-80grams of carbs and some fat. It seems like I gain mass and still get leaner. The only prob is I'm already lean so I will check the weight now on saturday, then bump cals another 300-400(probably more carbs to breakfast(100g instead of 80) and more fat and more carbs for the meals in between.
