I posted this on the diet discussion board also, but I figured maybe you ladies would have some insight on this....does anyone have any suggestions to livening up my same old same old dinners (tuna and chicken).....I've read some threads on this, but few were really appealing or i've already tried. Do any of you have recipes??? This would help so much....thank you in advance.

Also is lean beef recommended for cutting...can't remember seeing it anywhere....just another thought.....
 
You can go to this website---> www.mrspice.com , they have some great tasting sauces. They are all low fat, no refined sugar... Well, I will just copy from the site:

You can get beef 96-97% lean..that is fine to have...I eat a lot of chicken..i either bake it in the over w/ a pan of water w/ some spices underneath or I cook it on a grill..eat it on salads..use olive oil for dressing...or eat it w/ any veggie...You can make egg white omelets w/ some of your fav veggies and salsa...oatmeal w/ protein powder and nat pb is also good...you just have to try different combos...

This is something that you learn as you begin to eat..several times a day...sure I think my food tastes good...is it a cheese loaded pizza w/ cheese bread sticks...NO...but eating for pure enjoyment ALL the time will make you end up looking like 50% of the American population..fat and sloppy...they eat for pure enjoyment and convienance! Eat to fuel your body and make it grow...Ive ate some things mixed together that might sound strange but actually taste pretty damn good...u just gotta work w/ what you got...
 
beef (as pig meat) is a lot leaner nowadays as it was 10 years ago
People are more concerned about fat, so breeders are producing leaner meat
