friggen ripped girl at my gym does, this, and she said if I want get ultra defined, I should do this (what she does)

this is just to show you for variety its crazy



day1

run 1.5-2 miles-------------go to the gym after and do

pushups
light stiff deadlifts
incline bech press
cable flys
pulldowns
light barbell rows


day2

run 1.5-2 miles-------------go to the gym after and do

light squats
dbell laterals
db shrugs
tricep press down
db curls
tricep pressdown
db curls
leg lifts for abs


2-3 sets per exercise nothing to complete failure



day 3 OFF!

i used to run 4 miles for 6-7 days a week at about a 27-28 minite pace my personal best was i think 26 minites 30 seconds

i would also lift 3 times a week.


i stopped because it started too cold to run, the air would be freezing while i was gasping for air. bad conditions. if my diet was better i wouldve seen more results. but i got pretty cut off of the diet.

but i dont think its worth the effort of me going balls out on a 4 mile run everday. its really hard to do, it wore me down after a while and i lost motivation.

i think a light jog 2-3 miles is fine. you dont need to kill yourself
 
how did your diet look like?

or rather, what did it look like in terms of macro nutrients? for each meal, spaced throughout the day?
 
i was eating about 150-200 carbs a day 30-40 fats 200 grams of protien. but most of my food was like fruits and some cereal which is kinda bad. i got cut up but the routine exhausted me. i lost my libido too big time
 
oh and by the way i ran 8 miles this morning. i took 3 thermolite pills they have a bunch of vitamines and mahuang and ephidrine, i take the pills like once a week, if use them too often you burn out your adrenal glands. i also pigged out the night before on some good southern home cooking
