I am wondering if it is to blame for my inability to lose fat around my midsection. It just doesn't seem to budge. My waist has held steady at 36" for over a year! I have been following a diet like this for awhile now and no results:
Low Carb Isopure -1 scoop
1 cup oats or 2 paks cream of wheat(plain)
1 can tuna
2 slices flax seed bread
1 scoop isopure
1 apple/pear(I added this in recently to try and up my carbs since I can go all week with no carbs and see no fat loss)
2 lean beef paties with no-fat cheese or 1 chicken breast
1/2 cup green beans
filet mignon(3-7 oz)
1 cup green beans
salad with 2 tbsp oil and vinegar dressing,1oz feta cheese and real bacon bits.
sometimes before bed I will have a couple tbsp of laura scudders natty PB.
I drink a gallon of water a day and maybe 1 diet coke.
Any advice? Sound like a thyroid problem or am I just not eating right?
