Yes a large coffee before the meet starts, or a heavy ME day, at a meet also an ephedrine or few lol, usually one before squats, then one before bench(right after squats, then 1-2 getting ready before deadlifts. The good ephedrine, not the crap kind that's legal everywhere. Took 8 one day at an old meet, which was way to many, drove back from WV at 100mph all the way and was wired all night until I sipped a beer-then BAM right to sleep.

A friend of mine gets the REAL ephedrine stuff from Eurpoe. Highly illegal if anyone finds it or if you get pulled over and they find it in your car...plan on going to jail...lol.

I can't even drink a regular soda and sleep that night. Caffeine kills me.

CAFFEINE IS MY FRIEND I DONT DRINK POP OR COFFEE BUT I LOAD UP ON IT IN OTHER WAYS. IT KEEPS MY ENERGY HIGH FOR WORKOUTS. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM SLEEPING NO MATTER HOW LATE IN THE DAY I TAKE IT. I SLEEP LIKE A CHAMP

Probably because creatine forces water in your body to stay, and caffiene has a dehydrating effect. Actually I think the IOC lifted it's ban on it recently also, even if studies do say it helps.

i dont believe that caffiene is banned by the usada and ioc, u can take it but only up to a certain concentration.....im pretty sure the ioc limit is 12mg per 1 ml in the urine

think pseudoephedrine waas also allowed, due to athletes taking cold pills, and failing drug tests

I really don't know. I just have a buddy who takes it like 3x a day...every day. I guess it is also used to make meth...no idea.

The tabs he had were TINY and he had like a million in one bottle...lol. I wasn't really interested in them since I'll never take them. I couldn't imagine taking something like that...not that strong. I wouldn't sleep for a week...lol.

Hmm... regular epedrine and pseudoephedrine sold at gas stations, etc., can also be used in meth labs.
All I can think of that is not available in the states is norepedrine that used to be in the old NYC stacks.

Every day is a competition for me. Against myself. I use two "Speed Stacks" on my heavy days. They have lots of ephedrine and caffiene plus a few other stimulants.

Ohio, Illinois and a few other states it's illegal to sell ephedrine hcl, I pick some up when I leave the state for meets. Pseudo crap is allowed though.
